A day in the life of a Free Yourself coach
Below is an example of what a work day/week may look like, there is room for flexibility. This will be discussed and negotiated with me and once it is decided a commitment to these hours will be set and required.
15 hours a week – (example only)
6 clients a week / 3 clients a day / three 5-hour work days
Typical 5 – hour work day = 4.5 hours with clients and ½ hour break
This leaves 5 hours for either more client time or tasks and responsibilities that help in the development and operations of our business.
Variety of client work – Initially you will look after six Free Yourself from Smoking clients per week , once trained and mentored on our other programs the variety of clients/work will look like 2 to 3 smokers, 2 to 3 drinkers or 2 to 3 stress/anxiety clients in any combination given to you.
This is a part time role, your commitment will be 15 hours initially with the opportunity for more working hours as we grow and depending on various other factors, which will be discussed with you in your interview.
Initially you will be trained in the Free Yourself from Smoking program, this will form the majority of your work in the first 3- 6 months on joining our team.
Within 3 – 6 months , depending on performance and other factors you will be trained in Free Yourself from alcohol, food compulsion, Stress / anxiety
Selected hours of your working week will be required for the development and operations of our business and brand. This is an opportunity where you can contribute your unique strengths, talents and experience to our growth and development of our business.
