A Little Secret to Getting Exactly What You Want
Do you want to know a little secret to getting more of the things you want…..Gratitude.
Gratitude a state of thanks is one of the most powerful forces there is to getting more of the things you want.
Think about it do you take time to truly feel grateful for the things you have?
The attitude of gratitude is a magnet for attracting the things you want. When we are grateful we are saying yes please, thank you, more thanks. When we are grateful we are focussed on what we have and we are attractive to others and to opportunities. The opposite is ungratefulness and this is repelling, would you want to hang around or give to someone who was always ungrateful? Probably not.
Gratitude is an abundant attitude that allows you to feel appreciation for the things you have been blessed with. From this space your energy your attitude tells the world yes please and you find that people and opportunities come your way. You become a magnet because you are attractive and people want more of your attitude.
In the state if gratitude it is impossible to feel any negative emotion, impossible!
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational offering we can practice for ourselves. There is no way you can feel negative emotions when we are being grateful.
Imposable to feel angry, anxious, jealous, bitter, hurt or depressed.
Gratitude is a practice, it is the conscious decision and focus and pay your attention to the things you are blessed with, to be grateful for the things that you have.
To not just know these things intellectually but neurologically embody them so that your entire being experiences it, you feel it emotionally.
The quality of our lives comes down to the quality of the emotions we choose to experience on a daily basis, not what you have or who you know or where u have been , where you live or anything else.
So make the conscious decision to feel more of the things you want, by focusing on what you already have, this is an abundant mind set.
Say Thank you, make gratitude a practice. Most people are reacting out of fear and anger and wonder why their lives are so miserable. If you chose to spend the first 15 minutes of your day intentionally focussed on being grateful you would literally create a life of joy, abundance, thank fullness and appreciation. Take a few minutes each day to practice this powerful gratitude exercise for the next 7 days and notice what starts to happen:

Relationships become easier and you begin to feel more joyful and at peace.
I found these powerful exercise years ago and was able to manifest some pretty powerful experiences in my life. I have only recently reintroduced it back into my life as a daily practice and already the results have been magical.

The practice of higher vibrations
This exercise can be done anywhere at any time because it is an exercise that is easily played because it’s an exercise that is quite simply an exercise in directing pleasant thoughts in your mind.
To magnify this process write your thoughts on paper.
– Begin by looking around your immediate environment and generally noticing something that pleases you. Try to hold your attention on this pleasing object as you consider how wonderful, beautiful or useful it is. As you focus upon it longer your positive feelings about it will increase.
– Now notice your improved feeling, and be appreciative of the way you feel.
Once your good feeling is noticeably stronger than when you began, look around your environment and choose another pleasing object for your positive attention.
Choose objects that easily evoke appreciation from you.
Do not choose objects that are troubling and try to fix it
The more you practice higher vibrations the more you will experience and match things in your world of the same vibration.
The more appreciation you have the less resistance you will experience and the better your life will be.
When you live in the vibrational state of appreciation you will more obviously notice when your vibration drops. So when you drop to a vibration that causes resistance, you can catch it and reverse it early on.
The more you find something to appreciate the better it feels, the more you want to do it. The more you do it the better it feels, the more you want to do it. Law of attraction assists in this powerful momentum of positive thoughts and feelings until with very little effort you come into alignment with who you really are.
In this amazing vibration where no resistance exist you will be in an exaggerated state of allowing.
You will be in a state where the things you desire come easily flowing into your experience.
THE BETTER IT GETS, THE BETTER IT GETS.
This exercise simply allows you to practice the art of allowing.
All the things you have identified as objects of your desire will flow in your direction.
Initially set aside 10 to 15 minutes a day to deliberately allow for this exercise. After a few days you will have achieved and maintained a raised vibration, you will find yourself doing it many times during the day, a few second here and a few seconds there, in a variety of situations simply because it feels good.
