Our programs

I have detailed below the challenges our clients typically face and what we offer to help them. This will help you envision the work you will be doing individually as well as together as a team.

Clients come to see us because they are in pain; this pain is expressed through habits, compulsions, addictions, and painful emotions—we call this the surface-level problem.

Our clients often want help to stop smoking, drinking, overeating, managing stress, anxiety, and challenging relationships. They often want help with other habits, compulsions, and addictions that are causing pain in their lives, including addictions to work, sex, relationships, overachievement, and people-pleasing, to name a few.

The client is most concerned with the surface-level problem, while we, as coaches, understand that there is something more painful going on beneath the surface that is causing the distress—a place where the problem originates.

Addiction, compulsion, and harmful habits can be best understood as self-administered pain relief, a way the client has learnt to find relief from the pain they are trying to avoid. This is also known as a coping mechanism.

We can then understand that the client is trying to cope with life rather than thrive in life; the difference being that coping is what we do when we do not know how to find resolve, while thriving is what happens when resolve is experienced. Resolve is experienced as harmony—a state of internal peace.

Coping and thriving are two very distinct experiences in life. To cope is to make a specific alteration mentally, emotionally, or physically so that you can manage or adapt to stress. To thrive is to grow, develop, and flourish in an environment of safety and nourishment.

Our role/aim as coaches is to facilitate our clients through a healing process that will help them move from coping to thriving. It is also what we do as a team.

Free Yourself

Our clients want to free themselves of addictions, compulsions, and habits. The coping mechanism compulsively engaged with in the short term provides temporary relief but has long-term detrimental effects on the client’s life and well-being.

We Offer Recovery Programmes

We offer recovery programmes. When clients engage our services, they often think of recovery as the process of overcoming a habit, compulsion, addiction, hardship, pain, or dysfunction. Our aim is to help them release what is harming them and help them return to a state of inner peace. At Free Yourself, recovery is about helping our clients both overcome the immediate challenges they are facing and recover their deeper truths, so they can create and lead the life they desire.

Addiction

Addiction is often misunderstood and unseen, even in the eyes of the addict. There is a stigma around addiction that has created barriers to understanding addiction as well as the recovery process.

It is our intention to help transform the way we look at and heal from addiction, as well as the initial relational trauma that was the catalyst for separation and the ongoing patterns of separation that fuel suffering.

Our programmes will help our clients recover the things they have lost: their peace of mind, well-being, health, balanced perspective, authentic loving relationships, personal growth, and self-improvement.

We aim to help our clients let go of the things that are hurting them as well as recover the things they have lost along the way. We set them up with a deep, loving connection with themselves, their purpose, boundaries, vision, and much more. This is what it means to recover.

Our Programmes

We offer programmes to help our clients free themselves from smoking, vaping, alcohol, food addiction, stress, anxiety, and more.

We offer Introductory as well as 3-, 6-, and 10-month recovery programmes.

I have detailed below what is included in our programmes and how deep into the healing process each programme will lead the client.

Wednesdays with Wendy

Each week, we will engage with our community on our online platform called Skool. Here, we will build awareness of who we are and what we do. We aim to listen deeply and respond in ways that offer massive value to our clients—this includes invitations to join one of our programmes, providing valuable content, and listening to what the audience wants so we can deliver it.

The programmes we offer will be supported by book, audio, or video modules. This will help assist you as coaches and our clients, as well as maintain the quality of what we teach and deliver.

Programmes

  • Level 1 – Free Yourself Introductory Programmes – surface-level change.
  • Level 2 – Awareness & Expansion – here, we help our clients expand their awareness and understanding. We cannot unsee what we now see—we now have new choices and deeper understanding; compassion is cultivated, and love can be practised. We did then what we knew how, and when we know better, we do better.
  • Level 3 – Healing and Integration – a shift in consciousness can be a powerful catalyst for change in behaviour. However, challenges will arise on this path. The client will have to face their shadow—the unconscious aspects of themselves that are resistant to change. We as coaches help facilitate this integration so that our clients can be free of the patterns that have kept them stuck in repetitive cycles. The pattern is broken, and harmony proceeds. A problem cannot be solved with the same level of consciousness that created it.
  • Level 4 – Co-Creation and Manifestation – the client moves into deep, authentic connection and co-creation with self and others. This is where life transforms, and heaven meets earth.

The client is now in the practice of love with self and others and is creating the life and relationships they have always dreamed of.

These programmes will be detailed further in your training.

Every question, comment, thought, or insight you have is of great value; these help me better assist you and the team so that we can make the best, most well-informed decisions moving forward.

Level 1 – Pain

Problem-aware and seeking surface-level change.

Level 2 – Awareness

This part of the programme will be the beginning and introduction to a new level of Awareness, a deeper, more conscious understanding of themselves and others.

Here, our clients are mostly unconscious and suffering. Topics will include:

  • Pain and suffering
  • Adaptation and coping
  • Needs and neglect
  • Family, culture, society, and their influence
  • Normal versus healthy
  • Trauma

This part of the programme is designed to create a shift in consciousness. The client is becoming problem-aware and solution-aware (Level 3).

Our intention is to cultivate deep understanding so that we can remove judgement, separation, and hatred. We aim to cultivate compassion, understanding, and ultimately love.

Level 3 – Healing and Integration

Here, our clients are beginning to develop a deeper level of awareness and understanding. The client is in the process of ending their suffering and beginning to experience change; they are also beginning to recognise resistance to change.

This will be the most difficult part of our client’s journey, and it takes as long as it takes.

The client will decide their level of commitment to their personal transformation. They will face many resistances on this path. We will witness and accept the difficulty of their journey and support our clients with compassion and understanding.

Topics covered:

  • Fragmentation
  • Resistance
  • Conscious relationship
  • Authentic expression
  • Integration
  • Fear, acceptance, forgiveness, and letting go

Level 4 – Co-Creation and Manifestation

Here, the client moves into deep, authentic connection with themselves and others. It is where authentic, conscious co-creation and manifestation is experienced—where life transforms, dreams come true, and heaven meets earth.

The client is now in the practice of authentic love and understanding with self and others, creating the life and relationships they have always dreamed of.

The client is now starting to thrive through challenge and growth—no longer stuck in suffering and survival.

  • Topics covered:
  • Beginnings and endings
  • Authentic expression and true desires
  • Assessment of life values—what really matters
  • Conscious relationship
  • Progress and imperfection
